Managing Director at Serviceplan Berlin, Jeannette brings a creative leadership perspective to the conversation - talking self-empowerment, personal branding and creative independence, and what it means to build your own position and voice as a woman in the creative industry in 2026.

From bedroom studio to a growing platform of her own: Antonia writes, produces and releases music in English and German, while sharing her creative process with an expanding social audience. As one of just 4% of female producers*, she represents a new generation of independent artists.

With over a decade across music, from major labels and brand consulting to music strategy, Shari knows the industry from multiple perspectives. Today, she focuses on her work as a DJ and artist and is co-founder of Hayat.Sounds, creating safer spaces for diaspora communities through music.
